- On Weekdays Go To The Elemantry School To Practice At The Track With My Training Mask
- From Here And There Go To The Gym To Work On Legs
- Do Different Variations Of Workout Like On Monday A Speed Day Tuesday A Distance Day And Wednesday Like A Recovery Day
Goal:2 Bulk
- Eat Real Food And Not Junk Food
- Make Sure I Am Consistent And Not Slacking Off
- When I Go To Gym To Work On My Legs For Track I Can Also Work On My Chest, Biceps, Foreamrs, Triceps, Or My Back
Goal:3 Hit Champion In Rainbow Six Siege
- Learn how pros play
- Play against people who are better than me
- Get a good stack and have good comms and we climb the ranks
